XFacil Service Privacy Policy

XFacil is required to collect certain personal information from you in order to provide XFacil services. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are a business user, the term “you” in this agreement also encompasses your legal representatives, ultimate beneficial owners, or relevant authorized contacts.

 

XFacil will process the personal information you provide in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. XFacil will utilize the collected information and data solely to the extent necessary for the provision of the required services.

 

XFacil will handle your personal information in accordance with this policy. Should it be necessary to use your personal information for purposes beyond this policy, XFacil will seek your renewed consent or authorization in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

 

1. Collection of Information

1.1 Information Collected from Website Visitors

Similar to most website operators, XFacil automatically collects non-personal information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. XFacil collects this non-personal information to better understand how visitors utilize its website. 1.3 Information Collected from Our Business Partners

We may collect your personal information from financial institutions, internet platforms, service providers, and other business partners with whom we cooperate. When collecting your personal information from these business partners, we will require them to ensure the legality of their information sources and to understand the scope of any personal information processing authorization they have obtained. If our processing of your personal information exceeds the authorized scope, we will seek your renewed consent or authorization.

 

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information for Basic Business Functions

XFacil's basic business functions include account registration, transaction credits, and withdrawal transactions. We need to collect necessary personal information from you. If you do not consent to provide this information, you may not be able to use the related services.

Account Registration:

A. Your contact information;

B. Identity verification;

C. National identity document type and number;

D. Nationality;

E. Date and place of birth;

F. Biometric information (e.g., photographs, voice, and/or facial recognition information provided through third-party platforms);

G. Other documents related to your identity.

 

Incoming Transactions:

Details of any transactions associated with the amount of income (e.g., transaction time, transaction number, transaction type, transaction amount, transaction currency, and transaction details).


Withdrawal or Payment Transactions:

Issues Arising During Service Provision:

Marketing Information:

You are responsible for ensuring the privacy rights of any third party (including buyers and other individuals related to your business) are respected, including ensuring appropriate disclosure of the collection and use of third-party information. For such information, you are considered and accepted as the data controller. We, as your data processor, will handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and your lawful instructions.

 

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We may use your personal information under the following circumstances:

A. Transaction Processing: To process your transactions, including transferring funds to your country in accordance with applicable laws.

B. B. Sharing with Explicit Consent: With your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties within the scope permitted by law and as authorized by you.

C. Sharing by Your Own Choice: When you use third-party products or services provided through our platform, we will, based on your choice, share the necessary information with the relevant providers to fulfill your transaction and post-sale service needs.

D. Sharing with Authorized Partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide certain services or perform functions on our behalf. Only by sharing your information can we achieve the core functions of our products and/or services or provide the products or services you need. While no one can guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet, we endeavor to protect the information transmitted via XFacil accounts to the maximum extent possible.

 

XFacil's website may periodically promote links to our partner networks, advertisers, and affiliated companies' websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please be aware that they have their own privacy policies, and we do not accept any responsibility for these policies. Please review these policies before submitting any user information to third parties.

 

7. How You Can Exercise Your Rights Regarding Personal Information

7.1 Inquiry, Correction, and Modification of Your Information

You can log into your XFacil account to review your personal information, such as your identity details, bank account information, and transaction records. If you find any errors in your personal information, you have the right to request that we correct them. However, for security and identity verification reasons or in compliance with mandatory legal regulations, you may not be able to modify certain initial registration information provided at the time of registration.

 

7.2 Deletion of Your Personal Information

You may request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:

A. If our handling of your personal information violates the provisions of this privacy policy;

B. If our handling of your personal information violates applicable laws and regulations;

C. If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have canceled your XFacil account;

D. If you withdraw your consent for us to process your personal information.

 

Please note that some personal information may be necessary for us to provide basic business functions to you, and deleting such information may prevent you from using certain products or services.

 

7.3 Right to Copy

You have the right to obtain a copy of the types of your personal information. Subject to relevant legal provisions and technical feasibility, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information upon your request.

 

7.4 Cancellation of Your XFacil Account

You may cancel your XFacil account at any time when you meet the agreed cancellation conditions. Please note that upon cancellation of your account, we will cease providing you with products or services, and we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations. However, please be aware that even after you have completed the account cancellation, our platform will retain your information in the system backend for the legally required retention period in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Once the legal retention period expires, the platform will promptly delete your related personal information or take anonymization measures.

 

8. Updates to the Privacy Policy

As new features are added to XFacil services, our privacy policy may be updated. We will publish any changes to this policy on the official website page of the platform. When required by law, we will notify you 30 days in advance of the effective date of the revised privacy policy. We may post a notice on the homepage of our website and/or send a notification via email. From the effective date of the revised privacy policy, you will be deemed to have agreed to all changes to the privacy policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, you may close your account at any time.

 

9. Legal Responsibility

We are not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any use, disclosure, or dissemination of user information that complies with this privacy policy and other uses to which you have consented.
