However, please be aware that even after you have completed the account cancellation, our platform will retain your information in the system backend for the legally required retention period in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Once the legal retention period expires, the platform will promptly delete your related personal information or take anonymization measures.

As new features are added to XFacil services, our privacy policy may be updated. We will publish any changes to this policy on the official website page of the platform.
